i think i've made a very very BIG mistake..
what for i do such many things??
taking up the secretary's and treasurer's work to do..
is that my duty to do it??
and when there is problem,
i was the one to be blamed of??
then, where's your responsibility for it??
"what is the work for a president of a club?"
-thinking the activity to be organised
-thinking how to make the club better
-thinking what better things can be given the members
"then, what's the job for the rest of the AJK?"
-help out with the job
-carry out your duty and responsibility
i swear,
i have put every effort of mine
in everything i've done for the club,
i thought that i can try to help out in all those work,
and not just like the others club,
president just sitting there giving ideas
and give command to the others to do it,
without doing ANYTHING..
a last minute work??
do you think is last minute?
i think i had give out the work on Sunday..
so,
i think 3 days is more than enough time
to do your things,
and you have an assistant to help you..
okay, fine..
next time, work will be distributed 1 week before..
if feels that can't complete the job well,
need my help, can ask me anytime..
if i can help out, i will surely help in it..
but all the checking work,
please done by all yourselves..
but if don't want to do it anymore,
welcome for your letter anytime..
please reflect on what you've done..

but we are friends anytime..

first of all
as a president, ur job is not to do all those jobs given to secretaries and treasurers
as a place is given to secretary
secretary have to his or her job
and treasurer to
don't think that u do all jobs
thn u are a good president
or u can show how responsible you are
president should do the thinking
use your mind
the saying about some president just sit there doign ntg is incorrect
president should be like a commander in a club or society
ordering those committees doing their jobs
every committee have their jobs to do
u dun have the need to complete their jobs
ranging from vice president to wakil tingkatan
they have the specific job
just ensure they do their job
not ensure their job are done by you!!!

let the improvement, the sucess of ur society and activities make the talk, u are just merely a committee too, dun always thin president should be the ppl doing all jobs!!!
